Mangaflower respects the intellectual property rights of manga creators, artists, and publishers. Mangaflower does not host, distribute, or link to unauthorized manga scans, chapters, or downloads. All reading suggestions on this site direct readers to official licensed sources.

1. Reporting alleged infringement

If you are a rights holder (or authorised agent) and believe editorial content on Mangaflower.fun infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to dmca@mangaflower.fun containing:

  1. Your full legal name, physical address, phone number, and email.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on mangaflower.fun where the material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Our response

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will review the material and, if warranted, remove or disable access to it within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3–7 business days). We will notify the content author where possible.

3. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error.

4. Repeat infringers

Mangaflower will terminate contributor privileges and remove editorial content from anyone found to be a repeat infringer of copyright.

5. Fair use notice

Mangaflower publishes editorial reviews, criticism, and commentary that may reference manga titles, cover art, and short quotations under the doctrine of fair use (17 U.S.C. § 107) or equivalent provisions in other jurisdictions. If you believe a specific use exceeds fair use, please contact us before filing a formal notice — we are happy to discuss and, if appropriate, adjust or credit.

6. Trademarks

All manga titles, publisher names, character names, and logos referenced on Mangaflower belong to their respective owners.
